Completion of 4 million pound plus luxury contemporary new homes, overlooking the salcombe harbour.

Take down condemned existing extension. We rebuilt extension and refurbished downstairs, making a new kitchen dining area.
Outside we installed a new drainage system. Reduced and laid a new driveway with new stone wall and pillars at the entrance

We first put up a temporary roof to allow work to continue through January and February to meet the 7th of march deadline. We then removed and set aside the existing outside kitchen.
Dug up existing patio over the kitchen and games room to install a new watertight roof which we laid new porcelain tiles before building and fittings the kitchen back

We knocked down existing garage and built a new extension and oak frame porch linking back up with the original bungalow. Refurbished the bungalow with a new kitchen installed
